We encourage you to join us in our ministry. Here are a few of the questions many people have asked in preparing for a short-term trip to Trinity Christian Community. If you don’t see your question here please call us.

We encourage you to bring high school aged and above. The inner city is a tough place and we have found that junior high students have a less fruitful experience.
No experience is needed, but we value and tailor-make trips to reflect the skills and gifts of each group.
We design each trip with safety in mind. The inner city is a safe place as long as you act wisely and follow the safety tips we provide you during orientation. All mission trips carry an element of risk, however, and this is one of the elements that helps groups shake free of their comfort zone to experience a new vision for ongoing ministry at home.
What can we expect when we arrive?
A representative of TCC will meet your group and orient you to the week ahead. We’ll quickly help you get situated and help with all your needs. Our building sits on an acre of land with a basketball court and volleyball pit, all enclosed inside of a fenced yard. While it’s not a four-star hotel, it has all the amenities and is comfortable.
What type of ministry will we do?
Previous trips have included construction, VBS type youth programs, prayer walks, evangelistic outreaches, drama, sports and more. We encourage each group to be innovative and use their gifts and skills to maximize the impact of the week both on your group and upon the community.
